A Taste of London ??

This weekend I got a day off work and went to Taste of London. I meet up with Rich (who is an old friend I met in Saint Charles), Joann (friend I met in Chicago now working in London), Nikki (Joann's roommate), and Ben (new friend via Joann) and then proceeded into the fray. The "Taste of London" should be renamed to "Eat expensive food but get completely hammered in the park for free". I am serious. I think I had two samples of food (paid for). Then got English beer, Thai beer, Irish Cider, random martini, random flavored shots, random glasses of port, South African wine, and a rum tasting (4 shots) basically for nothing. If it sounds like I didn't have fun, you would be wrong. After they kicked us out of Regent's Park we made our way over to Convent Garden for more beer and tequila. Then kicked out of pub and headed to Joann's flat for wine and cheese for fun. It was a beautiful day in London and a good time out.
